Mardi Gras and other Fests
Mardi Gras in New Orleans is said to be the greatest free show on earth. The festival certainly presents countless opportunities to acquire covert video footage of suspicious claimants. St Patrick's Day is also a great time for footage. So many summer festivals in the area.

Carrying Child on Shoulders
Claimant alleges "pain in mind and body". He was caught on video carrying child on shoulders and holding him up to reach for beads being thrown from passing floats.

Claimant alleges a back injury and was at times using a cane but only on occasion when he thought he might be followed from a deposition or Dr's appt. As is obvious here, he can lift a child up over his head with no noticeable difficulty.

The claimant (center, bending) alleged in his deposition that he has a back injury. The injury certainly did not stop him from picking up Mardi Gras throws off the ground by bending his back rather than squatting with his legs.

This claimant (center, in navy jacket) alleges a right shoulder, neck, arm and hand injury as the result of an automobile accident. The claimant was seen catching throws, dancing and drinking beer during day-long Mardi Gras parading.

The parades are therapeutic; they make people do things that they say in their depositions that they cannot do. The claimant has an alleged neck and back injury.
