Mardi Gras and other Fests

Mardi Gras in New Orleans is said to be the greatest free show on earth. The festival certainly presents countless opportunities to acquire covert video footage of suspicious claimants. St Patrick's Day is also a great time for footage. So many summer festivals in the area.

Bending for Every Throw

Claimant (bending) makes sure that he gets every throw.

Happy Mardi Gras!

Dancing and catching throws doesn't bother this claimant's alleged neck and back injuries.

The claimant is hoisting a child up to a Mardi Gras float allowing the child to reach for throws. The claimant alleges a neck and back injury.

Partying at Mardi Gras

Despite numerous upper body injuries, this claimant (center) was observed catching throws, dancing, and drinking beer all day at parades.
This claimant (center, in navy jacket) alleges a right shoulder, neck, arm and hand injury as the result of an automobile accident. The claimant was seen catching throws, dancing and drinking beer during day-long Mardi Gras parading.

Partying at Mardi Gras

New Orleans can't have enough parades for this active claimant.
This claimant (lifting arm, wearing white cap) could not resist a parade passing by her residence. The parades are therapeutic; they make people do things that they say in their depositions that they cannot do. The claimant has an alleged neck and back injury. What did she NOT do this Mardi Gras season?
